AI automation studio

We build the AI systems that run the boring half of your business.

Dee4Tech designs, builds and maintains AI automations for real-estate teams, clinics, contractors, agencies and e-commerce operators — plus a shelf of our own software products you can deploy on day one.

No retainer to talk. We map your workflow, show you what is automatable, and you keep the map either way.

Why teams call us

Software that answers, follows up and files the paperwork — while you sleep.

Most small teams do not lose deals because the product is wrong. They lose them because a lead sat unanswered for six hours, a follow-up was never sent, or an invoice was typed into three systems by hand. We find those gaps and close them with automations that run on their own.

  • Leads answered in seconds, at 2am, in the customer's own language.
  • Appointments booked straight into the calendar with reminders that actually stop no-shows.
  • Quotes, invoices and intake forms read and filed without anyone retyping them.
  • A weekly digest that tells you what the system handled — and what it escalated.

Our own software

Products we built, run and support

Not slideware. These are systems we wrote for real operators and still maintain — deployable for you in days rather than rebuilt from scratch.

Hospital Management System logo

Hospital Management System

One system for registration, OPD, billing, cash and pharmacy — built for a working hospital, not a demo.

Live deployment
  • Patient registration, OPD visits, admissions and discharge.
  • Counter sheets, day book and shift closing that reconcile to actual cash.
  • Pharmacy handled as a separate entity, so its takings never distort hospital cash reports.
  • Per-user permissions on every module, set by an administrator.

HemoDesk — Blood Bank Software logo

HemoDesk — Blood Bank Software

Every bag from donor to patient, screened, tracked and issued — with a QR on the slip that anyone can verify on your website.

Live deployment
  • Donor register with deferral rules, donation history and the next date each donor is eligible.
  • Collection, screening (HIV, HBsAg, HCV, syphilis, malaria) and blood grouping — a reactive bag can never reach the shelf.
  • Component separation and live stock by blood group, with expiry warnings before a bag is wasted.
  • Requests, cross-match and issue with billing — normal, replacement-donor and free/welfare rates, each discount with a reason.
Business chat
ClientDesk — Client Messaging & Projects logo

ClientDesk — Client Messaging & Projects

One chat per client with your whole team in it — and the projects, tasks and payments right next to the conversation.

Ready to deploy
  • Personal chats, groups and business chats, kept visibly apart so a client conversation never gets lost among personal ones.
  • A business account for your company: team members with roles, and one shared chat per client that everyone on the team sees.
  • Projects inside the client chat — tasks, progress, price, payments received and balance, updated in the chat as they change.
  • Photos, files and voice notes, replies, reactions, edits, read receipts and typing indicators.

ResellerDesk — AI Sales Agent & CRM logo

ResellerDesk — AI Sales Agent & CRM

An assistant that answers every enquiry on your website, WhatsApp, Telegram and e-mail, sets up the trial, takes the payment and keeps the customer record.

In active development
  • One inbox for the website chat widget, WhatsApp, Telegram and e-mail, with every client’s full history in one place.
  • Answers from your own knowledge base — prices, devices, setup, payment — in the customer’s language.
  • Creates trials and paid accounts on your provider panels, through their API or a recorded, no-code web flow.
  • Business rules enforced in code, not left to the AI: one trial per customer per service, daily trial limits, paid accounts only after payment.

HuntDesk — Amazon Product Research logo

HuntDesk — Amazon Product Research

Find a product with real demand and beatable competition, then see what a given budget actually returns — before a single unit is ordered.

Beta
  • Opportunity Finder scans a category’s best sellers on its own and returns only the niches with high demand and low competition.
  • Market Analyzer for any keyword, product name, ASIN or link: page-one revenue, sales, prices, review counts and how much the top brands hold.
  • Keyword research, five-year trends and seasonality, review mining and a ten-point go / no-go validator.

Ledgr — Credit & Settlement Ledger

Track credits, resellers and settlements across a network without a single spreadsheet.

Live with users
  • Companies, clients, salespeople and services in one model.
  • Sales, payments, invoices and statements with a full audit trail.
  • Settlement logic where an administrator recovers actual cost only, and the remainder settles to the company.
  • Per-user permissions on every screen, toggled from the Users page.
Field Job Notifier logo

  • Watches field-service marketplaces for work that matches your filters.
  • Filters on trade, pay rate, distance, schedule and client history.
  • Alerts instantly on desktop and phone with everything you need to decide.
  • Deliberately does not auto-apply — a human reviews and submits every time.
Marketplace Deal Hunter logo

Marketplace Deal Hunter

Spot the underpriced listing while it is still underpriced.

In private use
  • Scans local marketplace listings continuously against your search criteria.
  • Scores each listing against a market value it learns from what actually sells.
  • Drafts the opening message — you read it and send it yourself.
  • Learns from your accepts and rejects, so the scoring sharpens over time.
Lead Radar logo

Lead Radar

Find the people publicly asking for what you sell — then talk to them like a person.

In private use
  • Monitors public discussion threads for buying intent in your category.
  • Classifies and ranks by how close the poster is to actually needing help.
  • Drafts a reply that answers their question rather than pitching.
  • Read-only by design — it never posts, comments or sends a direct message.

How we work

Four steps, no open-ended retainer

You should know what you are buying before you buy it. This is the whole process.

  1. 01

    Workflow audit

A 20-minute call and a short look at how work actually moves through your business — where it stalls, who retypes what, which messages go unanswered. You get the map whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

    Scoped build

We pick the one or two automations with the clearest payback and write them down as a fixed scope: what it does, what it touches, what it costs, when it lands. No open-ended retainers.

  3. 03

    Ship and connect

We build it against your real tools — CRM, calendar, inbox, phone, accounting — and run it in parallel with your current process until the output is trusted.

  4. 04

    Watch and tune

Automations drift when your business changes. We monitor, keep the prompts and integrations current, and hand you a dashboard so you can see what it handled this week.

How we hold ourselves

Four commitments you can hold us to

A human is always in the loop

Our automations draft, sort, schedule and notify. They do not send money, sign anything, or message your customers unreviewed unless you explicitly ask for that.

You own the accounts

Everything is built inside your own workspaces, keys and databases. If you ever stop working with us, the automation keeps running and you keep the credentials.

Fixed scope before code

You approve a written scope with a price and a date. If it turns out to be a bad idea halfway through, we say so and stop — that call is cheaper for both of us.

We ship our own products

The hospital system, the credit ledger and the notifiers on this site are ours, running in production. We are not reselling somebody else's demo.

Questions

What people ask before the first call

How long does a first automation take?

Most first builds land in two to four weeks. A single, well-scoped automation — a lead responder, an appointment setter, a document extractor — is usually running in your account inside the first fortnight, then tuned against real traffic.

Do we need to change the tools we already use?

No. We build against what you have. If you run on a CRM, a shared inbox, a calendar and a spreadsheet, that is what the automation talks to. Replacing your stack is a separate decision and rarely the first one worth making.

What does it cost?

A scoped automation is quoted as a fixed build fee plus a small monthly figure for hosting, model usage and maintenance. We give you the number in writing before any work starts, and the audit call itself is free.

Will the AI say something wrong to my customers?

That is the risk we design around. Customer-facing agents run on your own content with strict boundaries, they escalate to a human when they are unsure, and every conversation is logged and reviewable. Where the cost of a wrong answer is high, we keep the AI on drafting duty and let a person press send.

Do you only do AI work?

No. Dee4Tech has been building websites, apps, branding and SEO since long before the AI wave, and that team is still here. Plenty of clients start with a site and add automation later.

Can we buy one of your existing products instead of a custom build?

Often, yes — and it is cheaper. The hospital management system, the credit ledger and the notifier tools listed under Products are ours and can be deployed and adapted for you rather than rebuilt from zero.

Where is your team based?

Dee4Tech LLC is registered in California, and the engineering and delivery team works from Karachi, Pakistan, on United States business hours. You get the same people from the first call through handover and support — the phone is answered by a person, not a voicemail box, and nothing is passed to a subcontractor you never meet.

Tell us the one task you wish would do itself.

Send it over. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating, what it would take, and what it would cost — before you spend anything.
