About Dee4Tech

About

A small studio that builds and runs its own software, and automates other people's businesses with the same standards.

Who we are

A small studio that ships, not a consultancy that recommends.

Dee4Tech started as a design and development studio: websites, applications, branding and the marketing work that surrounds them. That work is still here and still pays its way.

What changed is what we get asked for. The questions stopped being “can you build us a site” and became “can you stop us losing the call that comes in at nine at night”. So we followed the work — and because we had already been building and running our own products, we had somewhere to start.

We ship our own software

The hospital management system, the credit and settlement ledger, and the notifier tools listed under Products are ours. They run in production, they have real users, and we maintain them. That matters more than a case-study deck: it means the systems we hand you are built by people who have to live with the consequences of their own decisions.

How we take on work

We scope before we build, we price it in writing, and we say no to automations that are not worth the money. A studio this size cannot afford a client who feels they were sold something — so the incentive to be straight with you is structural, not moral.

Where we are

We work with clients across the United States and internationally, remotely. Everything we build lives in your accounts, on your infrastructure, under your credentials.

Where we are

A US company with its build team in Karachi

We say this on the first call anyway, so it may as well be on the website. The company is registered and invoiced from the United States; the people who design, build and maintain your system are in Pakistan. It is the same team from your first call through handover and support — nothing is passed to a subcontractor you never meet.

Registered as

Dee4Tech LLC, registered in California, US

United States

300 Geary St #384, San Francisco, CA 94108, US — registered office. Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm PT · a person picks up, not voicemail.

Pakistan

Karachi, Pakistan — engineering and delivery. We work United States business hours.

How we hold ourselves

The rules we work by

A human is always in the loop

Our automations draft, sort, schedule and notify. They do not send money, sign anything, or message your customers unreviewed unless you explicitly ask for that.

You own the accounts

Everything is built inside your own workspaces, keys and databases. If you ever stop working with us, the automation keeps running and you keep the credentials.

Fixed scope before code

You approve a written scope with a price and a date. If it turns out to be a bad idea halfway through, we say so and stop — that call is cheaper for both of us.

We ship our own products

The hospital system, the credit ledger and the notifiers on this site are ours, running in production. We are not reselling somebody else's demo.

How we work

Four steps, start to running system

  1. 01

    Workflow audit

A 20-minute call and a short look at how work actually moves through your business — where it stalls, who retypes what, which messages go unanswered. You get the map whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

    Scoped build

We pick the one or two automations with the clearest payback and write them down as a fixed scope: what it does, what it touches, what it costs, when it lands. No open-ended retainers.

  3. 03

    Ship and connect

We build it against your real tools — CRM, calendar, inbox, phone, accounting — and run it in parallel with your current process until the output is trusted.

  4. 04

    Watch and tune

Automations drift when your business changes. We monitor, keep the prompts and integrations current, and hand you a dashboard so you can see what it handled this week.

Proof

Software we wrote and still run

The fastest way to judge a build shop is to look at what it has already shipped.

Tell us the one task you wish would do itself.

Send it over. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating, what it would take, and what it would cost — before you spend anything.
